“For my first collection I’ve focused on iconic elements from British culture that speak a universal fashion language. The sportswear traditions, the archetypal Prince of Wales check, the famous argyle pattern, and Britain’s rebellious fashion heritage. I liked the idea of a melting pot of these heritage elements, and I wanted to experiment with new ways of using Pringle’s signature yarns and house codes to create a new vocabulary for the brand.
