With your Technogym ID, you can log in to your profile via your smartphone, fitness equipment console or web browser and access your personal workouts, services and results from anywhere - whether you're at home, at the gym, travelling, at work or out and about. The Technogym app offers an extensive range of fitness, sport and health programmes developed by a team of trainers and top athletes from a wide range of disciplines.

If you have a Technogym machine at home or in the gym, the Technogym app guides you through your customised training programme using various videos on the console. In addition, the app suggests specific exercises with and without equipment via your smartphone or via transmission on your TV, providing you with unique and engaging training experiences day after day.

A team of over 30 experienced trainers will guide you through your workouts and offer you tips and motivation to guarantee maximum success. The team of Technogym Talent Trainers is made up of professional trainers and athletic coaches from a wide range of sports disciplines who join the Technogym family with years of international experience in fitness, sport and health.

Depending on the programme you choose, you will be assigned a trainer who best fits to your needs: The Signature Programs have been developed by professional trainers and are designed to maximise athletic performance.
