Berluti’s

Since his arrival to the Maison in 2018, Berluti’s Artistic Director wished to combine a pattern canvas to the brand’s hand-patinated Venezia leather. Inspired by the archives, he has conceived a motif blending Berluti’s new logo - taken from the shoe tree of the very first pair of shoes made by Alessandro Berluti - and the undulating strokes of the iconic Scritto motif, a tribute to the art of calligraphy created by Olga Berluti. 

Printed over a black background in shades of slate and lead grey reminiscent of the Parisian landscape, SIGNATURE is made in a textured coated fabric that resists everyday use, and completed with Berluti’s trademark finishing, including leather details topped off with bootmaker studs that bring a metallic sparkle to each piece. This new collection offers a variety of accessories such as briefcases, cross-body bags, clutches, totes, backpacks, a sailor bag, a watch box, an iphone 11 case and shoes. 
 

As a special part of the Berluti’s Signature Canvas collection, the luxury house collaborates with the British hand-crafted luggage brand Globe-Trotter to create a Travel Capsule for a very first time. 

This exclusive collaboration includes eight hard cases in different formats: 2 rolling suitcases, a shoe trunk holding up to six pairs of shoes, a shoe care kit case and a watch box, as well as day-to-day accessories such as a messenger bag, a backpack and a briefcase.
 

The new Signature Canvas collection and the  Berluti x Globe-Trotter Travel Capsule will be soon available in selected Berluti stores and online at berluti.com starting May 2020.
