Axel Arigato x Keith Haring

The world-renowned pop artist and LGBTQ+ activist Keith Haring used the urban environment as a model for his art. Haring's wacky and wonderful characters, such as the barking dog and the dancing heart, are brought back to life in the new gender-fuid capsule collection. 

Befitting Keith's vision and LGBTQ+loyal, the new collection is brought to life exclusively through a local UK campaign that celebrates love and honours Haring's traditions.

Shot in London by photographer Heather Glazzard, the campaign features intimate portraits of 7 LGBTQ couples. Photographed in a documentary style, Heather uses his camera to capture an unspoken dynamic with each of the couples.

The portrait series celebrates the diversity of love in a comfortably quiet way. In the video, shot by Heather's partner Nora Nord, the theme of Pride and the individuals of the queer community is brought to the and honours Keith Haring's enduring legacy.
 

Clean products, minimally branded, are embroidered with the distinctive characters and motifs of Keith Haring arts. Tracksuits in unisex and organic cotton are featured with the dancing heart and are available in three different colours, this specially drawn figure of the artist symbolises the optimistic belief in humanity.

The figure also appears on the "Clean 90" sneakers, alongside Haring's signature on the heel, in neutral colours such as black, white and beige. The bomber jacket in wool and vegan PU leather combines all the icons together including the Axel Arigato's flagship Soho Store address.
 

In the first two weeks of the campaign launch, a portion of the sales revenue will be donated to the charity organisation Albert Kennedy Trust in London. The organisation was founded in 1989 to help lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people who are homeless or living in difficult circumstances.
